EASTON, MD - Shore United Bank is happy to welcome Tim Estevez, Business Banking Relationship Manager, to Rehoboth Beach. Tim has joined the coastal team after many years serving our southern Maryland region in several capacities. “I've been fortunate to hold several positions within the banking industry: Teller, Teller Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Retail Sales Manager, and Business Banking Relationship Manager,” said Tim.
As our new Business Banking Relationship manager in town, Tim is excited to be meeting with existing and prospective business customers to discuss products and help them take advantage of the best services for their needs. Tim strives to support branch staff and other business partners by fostering mutually beneficial referrals.

Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Business Banking platform, and we are delighted he has joined our team. Starting his banking career in 2001, Tim worked as a part-time drive-thru teller. “It was an after-school job so I would leave school and feverishly tie my necktie on my way to the Bank to make it there on time for the "next business day shift."”
Shore United Bank feels strongly about being involved in our communities, understanding that giving back can make a lasting impression on the lives of others, which makes Tim a great addition to our coastal team. Prior to his move, Tim was involved with the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum as a secretary and fundraising support. In addition to this volunteer position, he was the treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Waldorf and a member of several local networking and business development groups. Tim plans to continue his community involvement as he seeks new organizations to get involved with.
